Direct Intervention
Community One-on-One
These sessions help us discover that we are not alone, and that most of our everyday fears and concerns are universally experienced. Our willingness to take risks, by expressing ourselves transparently and with emotional rawness is rewarded with unimaginable acceptance. The more deeply and vulnerably we share, the more we reveal our innate light. Gradually, feelings of unconditional acceptance and love become more rooted in us.

We are guided in this safe space by Ronit, who draws on her 35 years as an integral psychotherapist to facilitate the ongoing discovery of our whole selves. With her support, we hear each other, feel each other, and see and feel ourselves in one another.
Our sessions are governed by a code of conduct which includes: privacy, showing up on time, showing up fully present, being respectful, and contributing. All of our sessions are recorded and archived for three purposes: to help us see our development and progress; to serve as resources for building our tools; and as potential resources for other communities.

In this space we openly share our personal, family and work challenges, and distinguish the many hidden feelings, thoughts, stories and behaviors that prevent us from showing up authentically and powerfully in our own lives.
We focus on addressing all aspects of our being: physical, intellectual, emotional and spiritual. We learn how the insecurities, shame and fears that so often drive our behaviors were ingrained in us at a very early age, and how they no longer serve us. We explore issues slowly, peeling down layer by layer until we expose our underlying core wounds. This process helps us see that most of our feelings and behaviors are there as a means to coping and surviving, and actually keep us from thriving.

We experience and address in real time, our brain’s predisposition to conserve energy by automating our reactions, habits and beliefs.
For example, when someone picks up on my judgemental self loathing chatter, they intercept me by inviting me to PAUSE. Then I am asked, “What are you feeling right now?” This question helps me step out of my automatic state of reactivity long enough to examine what is really going on inside me right now.
I become aware of how disconnected I am from my body and my heart. I can hear how harsh and unloving I can be with myself and feel compassion arising in me. Staying in that space I have an opportunity to explore for what else is living in me and listen for an authentic response. With practice I begin to connect more readily to my true voice, my light and my creative energy.

Gradually, we begin to understand and internalize the depth of our neurological and psychological conditioning. Becoming more familiar with the power of these underlying drives, helps us release our relentless judgement, and heartens us to show up with humility, compassion and patience with ourselves and one another. As we consistently pause and reflect on our conditioned feelings and reactive actions, we become more present and embodied.
We are better able to name our feelings, release them, become more inner directed, discover our light, and show up more often as confident, mature loving adults in our relationships with ourselves and each other.
With and through each other we are experiencing the power of awareness, empathy and insight that is now creating ripples within our individual, family and work lives.
