One of my most precious and impactful memories from the years with Leap Forward is its exceptional sense of community. With Ronit’s guidance, we co-created and cultivated a container based on shared values and aligned purpose, imbued with compassion, commitment and care, integrity and trust, while also learning to show up for one another and challenge each other to grow. This allowed me (and us) to gradually become more authentic, vulnerable, courageous, and consistent – not just among ourselves, but in all areas of life and in the ways we show up in the world. Witnessing each other grow, and being witnessed and held by the community in one’s own growth, are absolutely priceless gifts. With much gratitude, I see Leap Forward as a unique and precious community of practice that makes it possible to discover, heal and evolve together.
